The Story#
A long, long time ago, there was a little hero named Nezha.
Nezha looked very cute, with two little buns on his head and a golden ring around his neck. He had three treasures: the Universe Ring, the Red Armillary Sash, and the Wind Fire Wheels.
One day, Nezha went to play by the sea.
“Splash!” He jumped into the sea to bathe.
When his Red Armillary Sash stirred in the water, the whole ocean shook.
“Whoosh! Whoosh!”
The Dragon Palace under the East Sea shook back and forth. The Dragon King was startled: “What’s happening?”
The Dragon King sent his third prince to check. When the third prince saw it was Nezha, he tried to bully him.
But Nezha wasn’t afraid! He threw his Universe Ring—
“Bang!”
The third prince was defeated.
The Dragon King was angry and came with shrimp soldiers and crab generals to settle the score with Nezha.
Nezha stepped on his Wind Fire Wheels, flew into the sky, waved his Universe Ring, and drove away all the shrimp soldiers and crab generals.
The Dragon King had to flee back to the sea in defeat.
From then on, the sea became peaceful again, and fishermen could fish safely.
Everyone praised Nezha as a little hero!
Little friends, although Nezha was young, he bravely protected everyone.
What the Story Teaches Us#
Nezha was young but dared to fight against bad things. He teaches us to be brave and stand up to protect ourselves and others when things are unfair.
