The Story

A long, long time ago, in Indian mythology, there was a god named Krishna.

He had blue skin like the sky.

Krishna was a cowherd god. He herded cows in a beautiful village.

He was very playful and fun.

Krishna was also very strong.

One day, a big snake named Kalinga attacked the village.

“Whoosh!”

The snake was huge and scary.

Krishna stood up to protect the people.

“Don’t be afraid!” Krishna said.

He caught the snake.

“Bang!”

Krishna killed the snake and saved the village!

The people were safe.

Krishna was also very wise.

He taught people important lessons.

He said: “Be good, be kind, and help others.”

Krishna played the flute beautifully.

“Whoosh! Whoosh!”

The music made everyone happy.

People loved Krishna.

He was the most beloved god in India.

Little friends, Krishna was a playful and powerful god.

What the Story Teaches Us

Krishna protected people from a snake and taught them to be good. This story teaches us to be brave, kind, and helpful.
